{"id":8511,"date":"2010-10-03T19:37:51","date_gmt":"2010-10-03T23:37:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agrowingobsession.com\/?p=8511"},"modified":"2019-10-05T11:06:09","modified_gmt":"2019-10-05T15:06:09","slug":"san-marcos-growers-field-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/agrowingobsession.com\/?p=8511","title":{"rendered":"San Marcos Growers Field Day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Around town, wedged into narrow strips of land under gigantic transmission towers emitting EMF radiation, can be seen rows and rows of plant stock being grown.<\/p>\n<p>But I&#8217;ve never seen local plant stock approach the desirability displayed in the photos <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mitchellmaher.org\/\">MB Maher<\/a> took at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.smgrowers.com\/resources\/fieldday.asp\">San Marcos Growers<\/a> recent Field Day held on October 1.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i52.photobucket.com\/albums\/g23\/botanizeme\/_MG_9418.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Photobucket\"><\/p>\n<p>But then those nurseries lack the unerring eye for great plants that exemplifies San Marcos Growers.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i52.photobucket.com\/albums\/g23\/botanizeme\/_MG_9330.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Photobucket\"><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Forget knocking off a Brink&#8217;s truck, doesn&#8217;t this photo tempt one into considering The Great Plant Heist?
