First-time visit to this amazing show in an open-air courtyard at the Casa Del Prado of Balboa Park.<br \/>\nI&#8217;ll stick with photos of some of the more familiar denizens, like echeverias and agaves, and leave the notocactus and mammillaria for another post.<\/p>\n<p>Echeveria agavoides &#8216;Ebony&#8217; basking in glow (glare) from award plaque<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i52.photobucket.com\/albums\/g23\/botanizeme\/sandiego6511\/65sandiego153-2.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Photobucket\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>unnamed sempervivum and Agave lophantha &#8216;Goshiki Bandai&#8217;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i52.photobucket.com\/albums\/g23\/botanizeme\/sandiego6511\/65sandiego073.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Photobucket\"><\/a><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/i52.photobucket.com\/albums\/g23\/botanizeme\/sandiego6511\/65sandiego103.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Agave lophantha Goshiki Bandai\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Crassula capitella.
